I had jab for a haircut and immediately he was welcoming. He was focused, friendly and chatty and you could tell he knew what he was talking about. Had a really nice cut and he really listened to what I needed. Just felt really proffessional, would definitely recommend

Worst experience ever. The lady had clearly no idea what she was doing. She made the process unnecessarily painful. She removed the wax by small bits rather than in one go and even asked “oh is it better in one go” which worries me. In my opinion she had no training as a beautician. On top of this the receptionist was dry as a prune... a smile would have been way too much to ask. And cherry on top... they don’t take card....I mean how worst can it can. I told them my disappointment in a very polite manner and did not get as much as a sorry. Do not recommend at all!
