Really enjoyed my experience at the salon. The staff were lovely and very hard working. I booked online and agreed to pay £29 however when I went to pay I was told that the cost would be £39 as I had a restyle rather than a cut. This should have been communicated during the haircut so that customers aren't surprised upon payment. They didn't ask me to pay the additional £10 however I felt that online bookings should be better managed. Overall, very happy with the cut. The hairdresser was very confident and provided professional advice about what would suit me - which I really appreciate. I'll definitely be back but just won't book online perhaps :)
