Unfortunately, the haircut was cut too short and not to the agreed length, both at the back and at the front. Overall length ended up at least 2 inches shorter than what was agreed at the beginning and had lost my very long hair which I did not intend to shorten that much - I had not specified a shoulder length style. Despite the otherwise nice staff and nice ambience therefore a very unfortunate hair cut which will take at least half a year if not longer to grow back to what I wanted it to be. Very disappointed now.

Made is Surbiton is a nice looking salon and the haircut I received was quite nice.
However, when I came in I was just left to sit anywhere and wait while all the staff kept chatting to each other in Turkish. I think they should be more considerate and not do that while they have customers in the salon otherwise it makes customers feel isolated.
Also the hairdresser didn't speak English so the receptionist was there to translate and assists which was OK for me but something maybe other people might find strange and not the type of experience they would want to have in a nice hair salon.
The hair service was very straight forward and I was pleased with my haircut.
Brilliant blow dry that lasted for 5 days, and have rebooked. Good staff, great head massage and brilliant coffee. Great price for a blow dry as well. Will be becoming a regular customer.
Hair cut was great but service in between was a bit strange. Not knowing what was happening next - at end was confusing whether to stay at reception or not or has paid before hand.
