Nice salon inside - opulent style decor. Disappointing customer service - I was greeted by someone after a couple of minutes of waiting by the host point. As we walked through, the member of staff stopped to talk to an aquaintence who didn't look very professional and was talking on the phone at the same time. The treatment felt rushed and I had to ask to wax up to my knee (it was a half leg wax) and the member of staff told me to turn over quickly as they had another client coming in; there was nobody else in the salon when I left.

Emre has been cutting my hair for almost 3 years now - I highly recommend him! He and his team are truly great at what they do and I always leave the salon feeling I've had the best haircut ever! In addition, the staff is extremely welcoming and friendly.I couldn't be happier in any other salon, my hair looks always amazing and just the way I want it to be. Thank you :))))

Haircut was 30 minutes late and I was left to wait without anyone even taking my coat or offering me a drink. Hair wash was very rushed. Cut itself was OK although did also feel quite rushed. It turned out they were a staff member down - if someone had explained that when I arrived and offered me a drink while I waited then I would not have minded so much. Customer service really needs improving.
