Haircut was 30 minutes late and I was left to wait without anyone even taking my coat or offering me a drink. Hair wash was very rushed. Cut itself was OK although did also feel quite rushed. It turned out they were a staff member down - if someone had explained that when I arrived and offered me a drink while I waited then I would not have minded so much. Customer service really needs improving.

I have been to many hair salons but I must say that this was the best! It's a great boutique type salon. The decor is stylish and the stylists are fantastic. Rab was amazing and I must say these are the best highlights I have ever had! The colour is perfect and he has blended it so well. I am usually very picky but I can't fault this! Great experience!
I was very happy with my cut and blowdry. I would definitely recommend and will go back again. Great value for money.
