Front desk staff should be more welcoming. For an instance, I have arrived 10 min early before my appointment and I was told by front desk to wait outside or come back at the appointment felt very disappointed and ignored.
However, Tszarina ( strongly recommend)the creative stylist was very welcoming and very hospitable and top notch in her work too. Moreover, also realized the other staff were also friendly too. Hoping that in future no other customer would face the above mentioned issues.
First time putting colour in my hair and it was the best experience I’ve had thanks to Jab, I love my new hair! Such a nice salon and amazing staff.
Amazing Service! I’ve used Made in Subiton for my eyebrows for years. She will always give me the best service and advice to get my eye brows exactly how I’d like them. Hygiene was 10/10 and made me feel super safe. Thank you! X
