Really disappointed with my haircut, I asked for the very inches off as I have struggled to grow my hair out for years .. I went in wanting 1inch, gave in to 2inches. But approximately 4 inches came off, I left the salon with my hair looking worse than when I walked in. No advice on how to maintain my hair, just told it was genetics. My hair was brushed aggressively when it was wet, which shouldn’t happen anyway & of course, lots of hair fell out. She responded by showing me the hair & laughing.
