Got to my appointment and they told me the person had gone home. They refused to give me a refund (I had paid in advance on treatwell). I asked them to cancel the booking and they kept trying to click the option that the client did not attend. I told them not to as I was there ready to have the appointment and that would prevent me getting a refund on treatwell. But they refused to click the option that they couldn’t honour the appointment. I had to leave without a refund and no apology.
Nahid listened carefully to what my issues were with my hair. The wash and head massage were 10:10. She cut carefully and did a great blow dry. I will deffo return in fact I’ve already made another appointment with her

Absolutely loved my facial, skin feels so fresh. I went for the 30 min one. Ozge was amazing and I’ve already recommended her to all friends in the area!
