Horrible customer service and management. I was convinced to change the treatment which I had pre booked and pre paid for. I had paid £85 and my bill was £65. The salon refused to refund me the difference and I was literally laughed at. Safe to say I will never return or recommend to anyone. Nobody wants to get laughed at when they’re getting their hair done.
