Tsarina is an angel! I hadn't had my hair cut or coloured in almost a year so you can imagine how desperately it needed some TLC. Tsarina worked her magic and transformed my hair into a work of art. Previous highlights I had had grown out but Tsarina coloured, toned and treated and the resulting colour was beautifully blended, natural and healthy looking- exactly what I wanted. I really recommend Tsarina! She clearly has a lot of experience and is wonderfully lovely. You won't be disappointed!
