Good hair, but slightly disappointing experience. Tried to sell me a lot of extras. Shame because if it hadn't been for that I'd have been keen to go back but it left me feeling rather uncomfortable. I've been having my hair highlighted every few months for 20 years and I've never previously been told that extra colours would cost more.
I have been here before and really liked it, so much so I recommended to a friend. I normally don't leave reviews but really upset this time around. I booked on the app, paid and then an hour later my appointment got moved to a slot 4 hours later. This did not suit at all and when I called they didn't care less. I was told by Treatwell I would get a credit note and when I said this to the salon they again didn't care, it was there mistake that they didn't update the app but basically told me to get in touch with Treatwell as they just weren't bother to help. I found this really disappointing and making a simple booking for a wash and blow dry turned into a lot more hard work then planned!
