Even better than I'd hoped! Had a 6 month post lockdown mess to get rid of and I'm so pleased with the finished result.

I can’t fault my haircut, it was fast, and very good value for money. The only thing that would make me hesitate going back was the staff weren’t very welcoming - I had to ask for them to take my coat and i felt like I was annoying them by having a slightly later appointment - maybe they were keen to get home. My stylist was nice enough, but a little more conversation and welcoming on arrival would go a long way next time 😊

Not too happy with highlights I got, nothing like what I asked for (brought pictures). Safety measures hardly applied. The person who did my hair wore visor but only sometimes. The second person only wore mask. No gloves. Felt uncomfortable. Expensive (paid via treatwell + extra at the salon). Wish I could get money back and get it fixed elsewhere.
