The woman was nice but exceptionally slow. The manicure and pedicure took over 2.5 hours. She was checking her phone regularly whilst doing my treatments. It was also very cold inside.

Took a layer of skin off when doing my bikini wax, had a scab for 5 days after, pretty painful. Also missed a lot of hair on my legs, although my hairs are fine and fair. Will not be returning

Very nice Clarins facial, I really enjoyed it. The therapist was very nice. I was the only client at the time, so hard to comment on the atmosphere. I was offered a drink on arrival. Very nice salon decor.
