Natasha came across with good knowledge and ideas. But the consultation felt very rushed towards the end. Not all of the colour was thoroughly washed out towards the nape of the neck. I re washed when I went home and still it felt quite dry and like there was some colour remaining. Foils didn’t reach the root as there was a gap straight away and noticeable after less than one week. I would say the toner wasn’t left on for long enough. Nice salon and good ambience but overall disappointing
