The place has a great ambience and the staff and very polite and helpful. But felt like they are still ironing out details as they’ve opened recently. Chin and lip wax took 30 mins as the wax was too hot and left residue on my skin. I have to say the lady was thorough in cleaning it up though. Hair cut while ok-ish, left some more to be desired, as I had mentioned more layers.
