I had to wait 40 min for my appointment. Even when I was already sat at the chair ready for my treatment, the lady went in to “grab the nail polish” I chose but coincidentally 10 min later her friend came out with redness around her eyebrows, so I know she was taken in for a treatment before me.
I’m also pretty sure they don’t have all the colours the offer and they give you the most similar one instead.
I’ve been there before and had a similar issue so I will not be rebooking this time.
