When I arrived at the salon, firstly there was no one there to greet me, as all the staff were at the back in the hair salon section and no one acknowledged that that I had arrived for 10minutes (another customer told me to sit down and that magi was running late).
This other customer was a regular at the salon and had also booked an appointment with magi (but forgot what time it was for). Mine was for 5pm and it was revealed that hers was for 6pm. I was asked to by Magi herself to have my nails done by another member of staff to accommodate this other customer.
The service itself was poor. I asked to keep my nail length when the consultant filed my nails down so much, there was nothing left (and even after my treatment was done, I had to file my nails myself to fix some issues that was still there).
I was then told that the nail colour I chose was an additional charge and not included in the price range that I had paid for. This is appalling to only be notified of this additional charge at the end and not when I was deciding the colours at the beginning.
Do not go here unless you want a poor nail service, and to be stung with additional charges at the end. Disgusting salon.

I liked the ambiance and the friendliness, however the colour of the nail polish was not what I wanted, and when I asked her that it's different that what I want, she did not offer to change the colour.
I also had a hair cut, and it was too safe for what I was hoping for, but i won't complain since it's primarily known for nails, and reviews suggested that too. In the end we pay for what we want, and I did not get it. So won't be going again.
