My appt was booked for 11:30 but I didn't get seen until 12:00. I was asked to go in a cubicle area where 'curtains' were drawn to try and give some more privacy but they didn't work and kept opening. People were walking past so I felt totally exposed during my wax treatment. I had to tell the therapist to redo areas of my legs which she had missed. I will not be returning.
