5* for the massage - Michael was really brilliant. Reducing the stars only because the room was not great- a really big gym studio-type space which was quite cold and damp. If it were a better venue, this would definitely be 5*

Staff lovely and friendly. Manicure good but I think the colour was an old one as it’s chipped and slid off already despite nails being fully dry. The girls are great though and I’d still return just not pick this colour again.
