Having been here many times and having a generally decent experience for a good price I was left incredibly upset and disappointed by my facial today. To the point that I don't want to return. Not only as it not relaxing, but it took longer than scheduled eith a solid 20 minutes spent bursting spots with a sharp object and nails. I was crying, wriggling away, grimacing in pain and even said at one point "that's all I can take". But she kept going. I wish I had got off the chair and walked out mid-treatment. This has left my skin red raw and covered in red spots and marks not there before. I just hope I'm not permanently scarred.
