First I was told that the lady who was supposed to do my waxing was not in that day. Secondly, I had to insist that I needed it done at that time on that day simply as I had no time next day.
The hygiene of the place was not somewhat lacking.
The actual procedure was painful and not completed up to my standards. There were hairs left and also it was done with wax strips which I don’t approve of. I deliberately chose that place as it stated it does Hollywood waxing with wax and not strips.
