The lady was nice enough but it took an hour to have a Brazilian. I'm usually in and out within 20/30 minutes. I felt like she didn't leave the hot wax long enough to set so wasn't getting much off each time. I've been having Brazilian Waxes done for 10 years or so and never had one take this long. So in all not a pleasant experience.
