Good Dermalogica facial for the price, took the extra time to make my facial as effective as possible. Even gave me some free samples!
Friendly beautician, took the time to make sure my facial treatment was as effective as possible. Good for the price.
Had a bit of difficulty find the venue. Had to wait for 15-20 minutes for my appoitment as the therapist was running behind time. The facial was satisfactory
Kate is very sweet and tried very hard but overall my experience at the salon has left much to be desired. Ambiance-wise, having a nail salon right outside her door is not ideal as all you can hear is their music and chat.
As far the treatments, my facial was good at the time but has left my face red-raw and bone dry a week later and the back scrub and treatment was not very thorough and covered only down to about my bra line.
A quick wax took ages, is uneven and quite a few hairs were left behind.
Not quite the pampering experience I was hoping for.
Good value and pleasant staff - perfect for after work relaxation for those commuting via Clapham Junction, just outside the station, will be going back
