Unfortunately I was late due to the traffic, so I could not get the full treatment. Kate was very gentle and capable with choosing the right products. My face was very soft and not red at all at the end but I have the feeling the blackhead cleaning wasn't completely thourough (could have been just due to lack of time though). Overall quite good service, and I would recommend this to people with a sensitive skin as me as I didn't have any problems with it!
