This was my first time getting a Hollywood wax, and Joanna made the entire experience so easy and comfortable. She was incredibly kind and friendly, constantly checking in to make sure I was ok throughout the appointment. Her attention to detail was amazing, and she made sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend Joanna to anyone—she’s fantastic!
