Having read great comments on hairdressing, I’ve booked in for a trim. The lady that looked after me did not speak much English and did not offer any consultation prior to slapping shampoo on my head and sticking a finger in my ear while ‘washing’ my hair. She then asked me what I wanted and when I said an inch off max and for back and front hair to match in length, she proceeded clumsily hashing at it, leaving various lengths and arguing about it. She had no skill whatsoever. Sad times.

Awful, I'm not sure if they're professional hairdressers and beauty therapists. They made a mess of just washing my hair and it looked all greasy afterwards, burnt my ear and the woman doing my nails and no idea how to remove shellac or even paint a nail. Terrible experience would never go back.
