I feel bad leaving a bad review but I saw a few people mentioned this and felt I should be honest. Asked for a trim but she took a LOT off around my face and it’s very blunt/choppy layers. Cut felt hurried and wasn’t very precise. Now have a lot of random lengths around my face and I’m tying my hair up until it grows out…I asked if she was going to soft the layers. She blow dried it nicely but when I washed it myself I realised it sits awfully. You get what you pay for.

Luckily I have very long hair and only wanted a very simple cut to ring up my split ends. Never experienced such a rushed haircut before
