I went in for my hair cut, I have long hair and asked for a straight blunt cut, it only required taking the ends off I got home and realised that I had a MASSIVE chunk missing out of my hair that was over an inch shorter then the hair at either side of it. I returned they gave me a refund reluctantly and offered to sort it out, the damage was already done it can’t even be hidden & there’s no way I’d ever let anyone from here touch my hair again it’s left me in tears I’m devastated.

Absolutely loved my hair. The stylist really took the time to understand my needs. She was happy to reapply colour and tone it until it was the perfect colour. The cut was also great as well as the customer service. Will definitely be returning.
