We arrived late due to some travel issues, tried calling hours in advance to let them know we was running late but couldn’t get through. Finally arrived and without letting us know they had scaled our massage down to 5 mins. Paid £7.50 each for the spa, they didn’t have any loungers, very basic so left after 15 mins.
