Paid£145 for two treatments and then was charged extra£7.5per person for using spa facilities and receptionist didn't even sound appologetic announcing that jacuzzi is out of order still charged full price.Another ridiculous thing,you have to bring in your own bathrobe.To the spa.Wow.Our treatments were quite good but what would have made it more pleasant if masseuse would have used less oil.I was soaking in it.I do understand that makes her job easier but she cant have good grip on muscle and i
