Overall, my experience was pleasant. The staff were warm and gave clear instructions. The treatment was perfect and extremely relaxing. However, the showers did not drain well, possibly due to hair, so I was having to stand in a large amount of old water. The facilities were also a lot smaller than expected so there was minimal space as the spa was very busy. I also feel as a recommendation that the spa should have towel hooks or shelving cubes on the side of the pool as every chair was covered in towels so it made it difficult to sit down when needed.

it was a shame that unfortunately the jacuzzi was not working and we were not informed about it beforehand. Except that the massage and the facilities were very good.
