Massage was excellent, receptionist was excellent, they are the only positives. Spa facilities were way below expectations, with just a small pool, tiny sauna and steam room. Jacuzzi was out of order. Very cheap warm wine given as part of package, with no where to comfortably sit to relax and enjoy it. Would not return to the kings cross venue - especially when compared to the Battersea Crown Plaza Spa, which was so much better.
Great Spa facilities but you have to wait by pool for your massage which isn’t the most relaxing. I had a Swedish massage which was lovely but only was for top half of body and not legs. I’ve had better for the same price.
Very poor facilities - the jacuzzi didn’t work and the massage was bad too. Big mistake

Overall good experience. The massage was great and the staff were lovely. The spa facilities were a little lacking on the day with the Jacuzzi not working. The sauna is also a little small, so on a busy day, it was hard to find time to use it, but overall it’s good value for money.

I had a great aromatherapy massage, and would highly recommend it, good use of spa facility and changing rooms, would look to return again soon.
