Great value for money, small swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna/steam room. Organisation pre-appointment was a bit poor, struggled to ever get through to the spa.

The massage was nice and the facilities are great. But the cleanliness of the shower and changing room was disappointing. There was hair in the shower.

Really disappointed about the spa experience. There was about 15 young kids playing in the tiny spa area/pool area - jumping in the pool, screaming, splashing water around and shouting. Not much of a relaxing spa experience at all! I asked the staff to act on this but they ignored it and were quite rude. At least they could have asked the kids to keep it down or not run around or jump in the pool. Changing rooms were a bit dirty. Hair balls in the shower and such. Dirty cups was lying on floor in the steam room that I binned for them. I booked this experience as a birthday present for my friend that really needed to relax. I’m really not happy about this! However. The treatment we had was lovely, the Body therapist were both great and very professional.
