Found at reception the initial show around the spa facilities and room area could have been clearer. Also better towels to use for changing and washing. The men’s facilities had ran out of bags for drying clothes and the floor was a little dirty.
Should have been offer of sandals or on booking to inform to bring your own.
The massage was good and the masseuse friendly and helpful. Felt with better instructions and changeover the experience would be better.
Not as chilling as normally one would want as children and couples and family in pool; not traditional visit.
For the money paid - not worth it. Spa facilities are limited as well as a relatively small space. The area is actually described as a leisure centre and not a spa. I wouldn’t go there again and there’s nothing terribly wrong with the spa it just felt overpriced. However, the treatments were really good and relaxing and staff were friendly.
Really relaxing, a bit busy but it was the weekend so to be expected

Really good experience but the sauna could be bigger. We got it pretty good as there weren't that many people. The staff is really friendly and the treatment was great.
