Our massage and facials were amazing, so relaxing and felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards. The facilities were great and it didn’t feel crowded. The only issue we had was that I unfortunately stepped on an upturned earring in the pool, which ended up lodged in the sole of my foot. The filled out an incident report and were apologetic, but I ended up having to pull the thing out myself. We’d paid to use the facilities all day but had to leave early because of this and were not offered a refund

Lovely spa day with a friend, we both had a massage and use of the facilities.Staff were friendly, facilities were lovely and it was very quiet. I will definitely be back again!
