The facilities were ok but I have to say I have had much better facials! The beautician was nice but she literally just washed my face with soap and wiped it off with pads. I did get a nice neck massage but by no means no real facial
The staff were great. However I feel for crown plaza to be such a big chain hotel the cleanliness & spa could be better.
Changing rooms weren’t very clean.
Far too much chlorine in the jacuzzi (to the point that stung your eyes).
The massage & facial itself was great but it’s meant to be relaxing and all you can hear is the flip flops of the masseuse sticking on/off the floor and rinsing sponges in the sink in the room was very opposite.
The reception area very bare not very welcoming.
The massages were great, lovely staff also. but no hot showers as the boiler broke down that day, the jacuzzi was closed and the sauna door doesn’t shut. shower rooms not that clean.
