I went to Mai Salon for the very first time on Thursday. I had a wonderful experience! I had a great conversation with the lovely lady that welcomed me in and washed my hair for me, I did not catch her name sadly. I got my haircut done by Darcy, a lovely stylist who understood exactly what I was asking for, I did a big chop and she made it look so gorgeous on me. The best hair cut of my life. Thank you Darcy and thank you Mai Salon! I will be coming back :)

Ellie was incredibly friendly and really took the time to listen to what i wanted. My hair was uneven from previous haircuts but she spoke to me in detail about how she could fix it and styled my hair beautifully! Will definitely be back!
