Loyal customer (2+years) here who will not be returning. Rang up to reschedule my appointment to a later date due to unforeseen circumstances. I was told I can’t because the policy states you must inform them of a change to booking 48 hrs before. Well sorry that I can’t see into the future. Appreciate the girls miss out on business (assuming no walkins), but a loyal customer is £40 down and has received absolutely no service. What a silly policy, especially on this economic climate.
