I was waiting for a bit when I arrived on time for the appointment but as there was no one on reception I was not really greeted as all the staff were busy with customers. The cut was fine but I have had better elsewhere and it ended up a bit shorter than I wanted. The salon was cold and it would have been more comfortable if warmer, although I was offered a hot drink during the consultation. I cannot complain about the price as this did offer good value but the venue is quite basic and the service could have been a bit better.

Lovely salon, all the staff were friendly & welcoming. Had a fabulous scalp massage whilst having my hair washed which was a lovely treat.
