Such a lovely salon! My hairdresser was really friendly styled my hair exactly how i wanted it.

I really am baffled by the amazing reviews this place has. I had to wait 15 mins to be seen, and when I was, Carron was stand off-ish to begin and seemed to struggle for conversation. My hair cut was the worst I have ever had, so much so I cried when I got home. I went in with a graduated bob and an undercut which just needed tidying up. I asked for just an inch off all around and said I really like the cut. First she started by trying to level off my undercut, which I have as a wavy line on purpose. Then she proceed to level off my bob, and when I said it needed a little more of the back to keep it shorter there she just took more off all of it again!!!! I ended up losing 3 inches from the front and 2 at the back. No effort was made to shape it, it was just left as a heavy blunt cut - so awful I've had to take the scissors to it to shape it myself. Do not go there if you have a lovely short hair style. Maybe they're more confident with longer hair?!
