I asked for one of Meghan Markle's hairstyles & it ended up looking even better. The stylists are really friendly, professional & provide exactly the style you ask for so you leave with a wow factor & feel like you're in a hair advert. Each time I ask for a different style & it always looks amazing. I've also had different stylists on different visits & they all maintain the same excellent standard. There are coffee shops just around the corner too which is handy so you can have a bite to eat either before or after your appointment.

Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and was told there would be a 15 minute delay. I sat down and an another customer she'd been waiting for an hour... My delay ended up being 30 minutes. The hairdresser was very friendly and apologetic but didn't offer me a drink. The haircut and blow dry lasted just over an hour instead of the 45 minutes so you can of get why there is so much delay towards the end of the day. I do like the result though and she understood what I wanted and even made some suggestions. I don't know whether I'd go back though, had to cancel another appointment I had afterwards so was a bit frustrated.
