I booked an appointment as a surprise for my sister in law on her hen do.
Everyone was so helpful, I had to rearrange the appointment via treatwell, who were also very helpful, and this was dealt with very quickly for me. I contacted the Salon to ask whether I could bring some decorations in, they agreed to let me pop in ahead of the appointment.
The Stylist was lovely, she was friendly and patient as there was lots of photos being taken! The Hen was absolutely thrilled with her wash and finish, she had some beautiful lose curls put through as recommended by the stylist. A few of the hen party waited in the salon and we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff not just the stylist looking after then Hen.
Overall I was so pleased I booked with Mai, I wish I’d booked myself in too!! Can’t thank them enough.
