I had to wait a fair while to be seen which was a little annoying as I had booked but the actual cut and the experience with the hair dresser was great.
Ladies' Haircuts
I've skipped around hairdressers in Manchester for years and I think I've finally found a good, regular place. I came out of the salon without having to pretend I liked the cut, and am still pleased a few weeks on.
Mai Salon is well-decorated, with sleek marble. That gets super cold in the winter but isn't much of a bother once you have heaters and hairdryers aimed at you. Khanh is professional and patient, answering questions and guiding you gently without trying to push any products.
I've already recommended the place to a few friends and am definitely coming back. The price is a bit on the high end and they don't do discounts, which may put off some, but many others will find it worth the occasional investment.
