Really pleased with my cut and colour. Stylist was lovely, knew what i wanted and advised me whats best to keep it low maintenance. She finished off with with beach waves, absolutely loved it! Finally found a salon I'm happy with. Will definitely be returning.
I had an awful experience here. Extremely poor customer service and hair colour. Initially when I walked in, neither of the two stylists working greeted me or glanced my way. I was finally acknowledged when a nice man came down the stairs and offered me a coffee. However I then waited thirty minutes to be seen. When I finally got to the chair, I explained what I wanted (the same thing I always ask for as I have been getting my blonde hair coloured 4 times per year for the past 8 years). I was quickly told I needed to spend more money if they were to achieve what I was asking for. I calmly explained that I just wanted my t-section highlighted and some beige bits dispersed throughout (no more colour than a half heads worth) and a toner to take out the brassiness (I had prebooked and pre paid for a half head of highlights, a toner and haircut). I was apprehensive that she wasn't clear on what I wanted so when she went to mix the colour I asked the other girl if she thought she understood (I still don't know who was Carron and who was Khan though I think it was Carron who did my hair) but she reassured me she did. The stylist then put on the highlights and colour, followed by a toner that was left on for far too long - nearly 30 minutes as she did other peoples' hair. She only washed it out when I asked a second time for it to be removed. When my hair came out I was shocked at how dark it was. A good three or so shades darker and so ashy it was nearly grey. To make matters worse the placement of the colour and highlights at the roots is so chunky, it looks like I have big stripes of blonde and brown painted on the top of my head. It was a very far cry from the soft beige I had asked for and had shown a picture of. I told her I was unhappy with it whilst sitting in the chair and then again at the desk but she kept telling me that she did was I asked for. She practically shooed me out of the shop as I was on the verge of tears. After protesting twice and having her argue with me instead of try to find a solution, I was too upset to fight it more so I just left. It is completely unacceptable that a stylist could let someone leave the salon so unhappy after spending four hours and £115 on a trim and colour job that they are going to have to spend more money on elsewhere to fix. Really really unhappy with this experience.
John Vincent was great I loved my haircut!
The appointment start with a delay and no one spoke with me saying why, so because I a patient person I just wait , this isn't bother me too much, the hairdressers don't talk too much so I enjoy the music playing witch was a really good playlist, my haircut I love it and she was really good doing blow dry.One of the hairdressers offer me a drink in the end.I like it , maybe I will back again.
Beautiful salon in the city centre. clean modern vibe. The girls are professional and attentive to customer needs. Can't fault my treatments and Khanh is an insane hair colourist. My hair always receives plenty of compliments after a visit to this salon.
