It was a mediocre salon experience, which is disappointing given the high reviews of the place. The cut was okay -- not bad but not fantastic either. The staff was nice and polite.

I arrived a little early and was seen straight away. It's a nice, chilled place and was quiet on the day. The lady was very nice and did exactly what I asked for.

Came back again for a haircut and was slightly disappointed with the service, though the cut itself was great (as always). Ended up waiting about 20 minutes past my appointment time, with no apology or mention by the hair stylist, but I suppose they must have been having a busy day. Will still come again, though.
