The appointment was delayed even though it wasn't busy. They were doing some building work as well so it was noisy. You also can't use credit card (the machine may have been broken). The hairdresser took her time and did a good job though which brought the score up. They have new owners so the first few negatives could be teething problems. I would give it a second chance.

Ladies' Haircuts
Mai Salon provided a highly quality standard - the service was pleasant, staff was nice and engaged. Overall great experience. However, I rated it only 4 stars as the place didn't feel cosy and homely. It is my personal preference :) Other than that, it is definitely value for the money! :)
