Saffron was very friendly towards my daughter who gets anxious in certain situations she made her feel really comfortable and kept asking her if she was happy with how the hair cut was going. My daughter’s hair is exceptionally thick and difficult to handle but saffron still took her time knowing it was going to take longer to cut than the 45 mins that is allocated, and the final results were amazing!
