The worst haircut I’ve ever had. It was super uneven and I had to cut it myself when I got home to fix it. The salon was empty apart from me and the hairdressers hair was greasy and tied back - didn’t instil confidence when I first walked in. Awful.

Booked last minute, was pleasantly surprised. The my hair looks great, the stylist listened to everything I said and suggested sensible solutions. She was really lovely & chatty, and I felt much more cheerful going out than coming in!
