WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A NAIL SALON. I went to the salon for soft gel extensions and I loved them. Fast forward 10 days and I'm starting to notice spots on my nails and the edges of the extensions lifting. I go in to get them taken off, and see THERE IS MOLD UNDER MY NAILS. To make things worse the employees were cold and SO rude. They refused to give me a refund for booking a different service / refused to provide me contact info for their manager, I left the salon crying.

Whenever I am in Clapham I go and see Erica. She is super friendly and always pays so much attention to each nail, and they last for ages. It was so lovely to see her again, and my nails look amazing. I gave her a picture of some nail art and she did it no problem. Definitely recommend!

I was so impressed with the therapist Yvette who was incredibly skilled, caring and considerate in how she manicured my nails. She was professional and took extreme pride in her work; the overall result was a beautiful set of nails that were perfectly manicured and polished.
I went into the salon with nails that really needed to be treated and came out with them completely transformed.
