A bit disorganised and filed live skin to the point of drawing blood. Dressed the wound with plaster but no apology. No lasting damage (only a graze) and the nail polish application was great but i don't think i'd go back.

Really lovely staff but treatment took a really long time and manicure was imperfectly done (gaps on the side of the nail, nails filed to different lengths)

Natasha was brilliant! Very friendly and welcoming. I’m quite particular and she did a wonderful manicure and pedicure for me. Highly recommend!
