Ivett did a great job however I had an unfortunate situation with her colleague. I had pre-paid for a shape and polish and gel manicure and showed her the proof of booking, however she insisted that their prices had since changed and pressured me into paying more money and therefore did not honor the original booking I had made. This made me feel uncomfortable and unfortunately I don't think I will be returning despite being a local.
