I have left a neutral review as I was unable to use the salon or receive my treatment. Due to no fault of the salon's they were closed when I turned up for my appointment. The lady who works in the office above the salon told me that Wahanda were meant to contact me to let me know that the salon had to cancel my appointment but I had heard nothing from Wahanda. They failed to let me know that the salon would be closed for my appointment!

I booked a Shellac manicure and a Dermalogica facial and was very happy with the service. I have been using Dermalogica products for years and the prices at Majestic are great value compared to other places. The therapist was warm and friendly plus extremely knowledgable. I will definitely be returning. The salon location is ideal for me, right next to my work in the centre of Chester with free parking right outside.

My friend and I had a lovely time, few hours of pamper time for us both as a well deserved treat off my husband. :) The therapist was very pleasant and Joanne was ever so kind and offered us a yummy BLT and lots of hot and cold drinks which was unexpected and lovely. We even got a free mini photo shoot as their photographer was in the studio, was made to feel very special and in front of the camera we felt like a celebrity. Lovely little set up, very friendly and family like. I would definitely book again.
